J. "Wes" Coulson

Wes Coulson is a certified elder law
attorney and the principal of The Coulson
Law Group. He earned his B.A., with honors,
from Northwestern University and his
J.D. from The University of Michigan.
He is a member of the Illinois State
and Missouri Bar, the National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys, the St. Louis
Estate Planning Council and the Bar Association
of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Coulson
lectures frequently and presents classes
on his vast experience and knowledge.
He has published many articles on Medicaid
eligibility planning; The Purchase of
or Exchange for a Life Estate Interest
as a Medicaid Eligibility Planning Technique,
The Use of Caregiver Services Contracts,
Opening the Door Gently and Dealing with
Life Insurance in Medicaid Eligibility
Planning. Wes holds Life and Health Insurance
Producer's licenses, as well as a Series
6 Securities Broker's license. He is
a proud board member of the United Way

G. "Joe" Ilges

Joe Ilges is an Associate Attorney
of The Coulson Law Group, with a background
in healthcare. He graduated in 2004
from St. Louis University Law School.
Joe practices law in Missouri and is
a member of the National Academy of Elder
Law Attorneys, the Bar Association of
Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri
Bar Association. He co-authored "The Administrative
review process and why it's about to
become a regular part of your practice",
which was presented at the Missouri
Chapter of National Academy of Elder
Law Attorneys 2006 Spring Symposium. |
